The Journey

How it works.

Five steps from where you are now to where you want to be. The first two are on you, and they're easy.

01

Sign up for your credit report

Use my link to create your myScoreIQ Max account. This gives us access to your full tri-bureau credit report. Once you are onboarded, your report is reviewed and imported into our system, and your personalized dispute letter plan is formulated. This sets the foundation for everything we do.

03

We build your roadmap

Once your report is in, I review it line by line and identify inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable items to dispute. You get a clear plan, not just disputes.

04

The disputes begin

Our team goes to work challenging the items on your report directly with the credit bureaus. You can check progress any time through your portal.

05

You see the progress

As disputed items are resolved or corrected, your score begins to reflect the work. When you reach your goal, whether that's a better rate or a new home, I'm right there with you.

Choose Your Path

Four options. One clear route.

Whether you're improving your score for a better rate, a business loan, or your first home, there's a path that fits where you are right now.

Choose Ready →

Buyer strategy is part of Keys: mortgage readiness reviews, a written action plan, lender coordination and guidance from a licensed real estate broker. Whether Renee represents you in a purchase is a separate decision, entirely yours, and one you make later when you are actually ready to buy. When you're ready to actually buy, she'd love to be your agent. You're never required to use her, and you receive every other part of Keys either way. If you already have a signed agreement with another broker, we will not interfere with that relationship.

Your Real Monthly Cost

TierOur feemyScoreIQ MaxYour total monthly
Start$89$34.99$123.99
Move$99$34.99$133.99
Ready$125$34.99$159.99

The myScoreIQ Max fee is paid by you directly to the monitoring provider, not to The Credit Avenue. You must maintain an active myScoreIQ Max account throughout the entire credit repair process. Max is required because it is the only plan that refreshes your three-bureau report every month, which is how we verify what each dispute round addressed. Without an active Max account we are unable to dispute the next round or provide results.

About

I built Avenue Real Estate Group later in life because I still believed a dream was out there, and I wanted to help others believe that too. Along the way, I kept meeting people who were ready to buy a home, truly ready, except for one thing standing in their way: their credit. Their income was good, their life was in order, but one number was defining them. And that number might not even reflect who they are anymore, because no one ever taught them how credit actually works. I kept hearing the same word over and over: not yet. Not yet, your score is too low. Not yet, you need to clean up a few things first. I got tired of watching good people get stuck at not yet. So I built The Credit Avenue to be the trustworthy, judgment-free place I wished existed. You do not have to already be ready. You need a clear path forward, and I will walk it with you. This is not about judgment. It is about progress, moving the needle from declined to closed, step by step, until the keys are in your hand.

FAQ

Real questions,
real answers

Do I have to pay before you do the work?

No. You are never charged before we do the work. When you sign up, you provide a payment card. It is stored securely and is not charged at that time. You then have three business days to cancel for any reason, at no cost. After that window closes, we prepare and submit your first round of disputes. Only once that round has actually been submitted do we create an invoice and charge your card. Every round after that works the same way: the work is performed first, then you are charged. There is no automatic recurring subscription, and you are never billed for a dispute cycle that has not been performed.

Can you guarantee my score will go up?

No. We cannot and do not guarantee any specific result, any score increase, or any timeframe. No credit repair company legally can. What we do commit to is disputing every negative item on your report using the method your tier provides, and only charging you for work we have actually performed.

Do I need to be buying a home?

No. Your goal might be a better interest rate, a business loan, or simply understanding your credit. Homeownership is one possible destination, not the only one. If your credit journey does lead toward buying a home, the Keys program includes buyer strategy and lender coordination to help you get ready to shop.

What will the charge look like on my statement?

THE CREDIT AVENUE or AVENUE COLLECTIVE. If you have any questions about a charge, email hello@thecreditavenue.com before contacting your card issuer.

How long does this take?

Each dispute round runs roughly 30 to 45 days, because that is the window the credit bureaus have to respond under federal law. Beyond that we cannot tell you how long your file will take, and we will not guess. It depends entirely on what is on your report and how the bureaus and creditors respond. Each round is its own decision and you can stop at any point.

What makes Keys different?

Keys is for people whose real goal is buying a home. Along with everything in Ready, you get buyer strategy from a licensed real estate broker the whole way: monthly mortgage readiness reviews, a written action plan from Renee herself, a down payment assistance eligibility review, lender introductions, and a HUD-approved homebuyer course. It is the only tier where credit repair and getting mortgage-ready are handled by the same person.

Do I have to use you as my real estate agent to get Keys?

No, and representation is not part of the Keys price. Buyer strategy is what is included: readiness reviews, your action plan, lender coordination and guidance from a licensed broker. Whether Renee represents you in a purchase is a separate decision you make later, when you are actually ready to buy, and terms and compensation are discussed then in an exclusive buyer agency agreement. She would love to be your agent, and you are never required to use her. You receive every other part of Keys either way. If you already have a signed agreement with another broker, we will not interfere with that relationship and we will coordinate with your agent only if you ask us to.

What is buyer strategy?

Buyer strategy is part of the Keys program. It includes mortgage readiness reviews, action plans, and guidance from a licensed broker. I coordinate with you and a lender to get you pre-approved and ready to house shop. Buyer representation is a separate step you can elect when you are ready to buy. Terms and compensation are discussed when you sign an exclusive buyer agency agreement with your agent.

Do I need a credit monitoring account?

Yes. Every tier requires an active myScoreIQ Max account. Max is the only plan that refreshes your three-bureau credit report every month, which is how we verify what each dispute round addressed. Without it, we cannot dispute the next round or track your progress. The myScoreIQ Max fee is paid by you directly to the monitoring provider, not to The Credit Avenue.

Can I do this myself?

Yes. You have the right to dispute items on your own credit report yourself, for free, and you do not need to hire anyone to do it. What you are paying us for is that it happens consistently, round after round, without you having to manage it.
